About Us - Indian Restaurant in Scotland
We set up the restaurant in Grantown on Spey, near Aviemore in 2006 and have gone from strength to strength since.
Authentic Cuisine
Our passion for cooking started within our own families and this led on to kitchen work and eventually chef work in many kitchens over the years. Now we have our own kitchen we are masters of all we survey and always work with the freshest ingredients and aromatic herbs and spices.
So what makes us different? Our cooking style is individual, unique and always tasty. Our front of house style comes from years working in London and Birmingham to ensure he keeps his finger on the pulse of the restaurant trade. Being in the Highlands of Scotland doesn't mean we miss out on inspirational new ideas!
